Once the pc is joined everything else works, including domain login and share access. But I don’t think it still works It worked on Windows RT though.

Have you verified that the computer is pulling the right ipaddress, subnet, and dns? This is sounding like the computer is on the wrong VLAN. The problem is always DNS. That being said, Have you tried another port elsewhere on the switch? You say you added a port to allow through. I get a message that says “This snapin may not be used with this edition of Windows 10”, as if I still have 10 Home. Refreshing the PC through the recovery joln, choosing to “clean the drive”, solved the issue. I have Windows 10 Pro, joined to my domain, logged in as the domain user, and am able to access “Local Users and Groups”. I agree with Mr Happy, try to backup your data and perform a clean install to get Windows 10 pro to fix this issue.

It did tell me I was activated though, so I tried to format and reinstall during which it never asked me for a key, and when it was finished, it had installed 10 Home again.
