When you follow my link and copy that fixed script to another name and run it then WinPE Working files will be created to given path. No i didnt do that. Simply i ran the commands. Check this: Open CMD and give command ‘set’. It will show all environment variables.

I booted with that , i am capturing C partition completely to F partition. It takes some time to complete. This site in other languages x.
